The Outrigger Regency at Beachwalk is a brand new condominium with only 48 one-and two-bedroom suites, located in the heart of the revitalized Beachwalk area of Waikiki. While there is still some construction going on, the condos provide a quiet oasis with their large furnished lanais and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area for city or partial ocean views. All guest rooms and common areas are nonsmoking.

The air conditioned, spacious condos offer beautiful hardwood floors. cool colors and many amenenities, including a designer kitchen with stovetop/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee/tea maker, toaster, cookware and tableware. Other amenities include a queen size sofa bed in the living area of both the one- and two-bedroom, sleeping 4 to 6 guests, alarm/clock radio, blackout drapes, cable/pay Flat Screen Plasma TV, direct dial telphone & data port, free high speed internet access, voice mail, hair dryer, iron/board and in-room safe. There is no charge for up to two children 17 years old and younger occupying the same room as their parents or guardians using existing bedding.

Although there is no swimming pool on site, guests of The Regency have Pool and Pool Bar privileges at the Outrigger Reef on the Beach, a short stroll from the condo and also the route to the beach where you'll find a golden stretch of sand all the way to Diamond Head.

There is a popular restaurant located on the street level of the condo. Arancino di Mare Restaurant serves excellent Italian cuisine in a charming atmosphere and for a quick bite, check out Matsugen, a Japanese Soba-ya (buckwheat noodle) Restaurant. Other great restaurants in the Beach Walk area include Ruth's Chris Steak House, Roy's the Holu Grill and Giovanni Pastrimi

All visitors to an Outrigger property receive a package of three beautiful postcards which guests can drop off at the front desk and the Outrigger will mail them anywhere in the world for free. And if you stay for a minimum of three nights, children aged 5 to 10 will receive an Island Explorer Kit that includes a colorful backpack, binoculars, sunglasses, pen and a Let's Explore Hawaii/Friends of the Reef Workbook.

The Outrigger Regency on Beachwalk is next to the $480 million Waikiki Beachwalk revitalization project that when totally finished will be a mecca of great shops, bars and restaurants.
