Lodge at Koele Brought to you by Panda Travel ®. include ('../../../includes/2banner.php'); ?>
The Lodge at Koele is set in the central highlands of Lanai and is one of Hawaii's rare inland hotels as well as (along with its sister hotel, Manele Bay) one of Hawaii’s most exclusive. Voted by Conde Nast in 2003 as the #1 Top 100 Golf Resorts in the World, it is consistently at the top of Best Resorts lists in the nation and worldwide.
Reminiscent of a fine country estate, it features an upcountry Hawaiian setting with extensive art, a Japanese hillside garden and Hawaiian fruit gardens. Secluded among decades-old towering Cook pines and Banyan trees at an elevation of 1,600 feet, it is situated on the outskirts of Lanai City. Surrounded by acres of gardens, sculptures, gazebos, there is even an English conservatory to enjoy.
With 102 luxurious rooms and suites, some with fireplaces, the Lodge offers unbelievable comfort featuring hand-carved four-poster beds, bathrobes and feather pillows. There are ceiling fans, oil paintings by local artists, and anything else you might possibly desire, including walking sticks if you care to hike around the property.
There are various dining choices, including the Formal Dining Room with it's crackling fireplace, the Terrace Restaurant, enjoying the charm of "rustic American" cuisine or experiencing the delights of a traditional afternoon High Tea.
The Lodge offers a peaceful and luxurious retreat, where guests can enjoy sensational activities, gourmet cuisine and the promise of not only rejuvenation from the stresses of everyday life, but memories to cherish for a lifetime.
